Tranquil Mountain Getaway

My family and I were happy with the communication from the host and the location.

James was able to be flexible on the checkout time for our slow moving group. Good communication.

Comfortable and like home. Convenient to the mountain and downtown.

Home is great. We loved the location close to the town but easy to get to sunlight mountain for skiing (15 minutes).

Really good location in Glenwood, everything all around. Covered parking garage, beautiful place to stay. The host James is very responsive. Has a top of the line appliances and finishes.

James place was just as pictured. It was very clean and spacious. Close to everything we had planned. The house was easy to enter and James had very clear instructions for everything. He’s very proactive in providing instructions and information for check in and check out. We did not have toe watch not to him at all during the stay as everything was up to par.

I loved the place! It was so close to everything so a wonderful location and the place was super clean and neat! It was perfect for cooking as well and the house was pristine. We will be coming here again when we go to Glenwood Springs. The hosts were extremely responsive as well, whenever I had a question they would respond almost immediately. Love this place!!!

We loved staying in this place for a family getaway. It worked out perfectly with a nice bonus of well-insulated walls so not everyone in the house awoke all night to the sounds of our infant crying :p. Everything was clean and just as described. Beautiful and peacefull setting with a nice yard and deck to enjoy.

Pros: Gorgeous home with beautiful views from the windows and a lovely outdoor patio area. Very clean. Pictures are accurate. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. New appliances. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds and easy to use TV system. Very responsive host. Cons: Kitchen was clean and nice appliances but it was missing items like baking dishes, wine glasses, etc. There are pots and pans, a mixing bowl and basic necessities but if you plan to cook full meals it could be challenging. There is a lot of empty space in the kitchen and adding more cooking essentials would bolster this rental tremendously because everything else was top notch. We did inquire about wine/cocktail glasses and got a prompt response that they thought they were in the cupboard. We shared that they were missing so I am guessing they will fix it before the next guest.

Great house in a great location. Large and spacious. Beautiful master, living room and kitchen. The views of the red rock canyon are all around. Two car garage was great space to store our bikes when were we not biking. Living and dining rooms were comfortable and spacious and airy. Just a wonderful place. Thank you.

Nice little home with a great backyard sitting area for those morning coffees!

Wonderful location in a quiet neighborhood. Garage was available for our use. Each room could be temperature controlled, beds were very comfortable. The master suite upstairs was roomy and the shower was hotel-worthy. The kitchen had everything we needed except a Keurig coffee maker. There was a regular coffee pot with filters. Can’t wait to get back here!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were within 5 minutes of great restaurants and a grocery store. The house was very nice, clean, and tidy and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out. Wish we could have spent time on the deck in the back, it was raining while we were there. James was very quick to respond with questions. Would recommend this stay in a quiet neighborhood.

Perfect house to stay at while in Glenwood Springs for a vacation. Everything was spot on and accurate. The living room with the big couch and TV was a great place to unwind after each day. Being able to pull the vehicle into a garage was a great added feature. This was a very nice place to stay at and would definitely recommend to everyone.

10/10 would recommend and I'd definitely would come back.

Great place to stay. Very peaceful, quiet and clean with new furnishings. Nice setting with views of the mountains from the front and back of the house. The back porch was also peaceful and comfortable with new furniture and great view of the mountains. The house was only a block from a nice walking trail along the river. I would highly recommend this house and location.

What a great place! Its modern interior and furniture have a great feel. The house had everything we could possibly need. It’s perfect for a group of couples or a family. The location is perfect for accessing downtown, sunlight, or even a quick trip up the valley to Aspen!

Our family of 5 had a great time at this property. The well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay easy. Beautiful path to the river right by the house. Everything was well thought out and easy. All the small details made our stay in this beautiful home extra special. We’ll be booking with James again. Thank you!!
