For over 20 years, James has been grateful to call Carbondale and the beautiful Roaring Fork Valley his home. After a career in accounting, he took up real estate investing and became a Realtor in 2017. He has a penchant for finding the perfect properties that guests from around the globe will find warm and welcoming. It brings him joy to be able to provide stays for families and friends so they can experience the awe-inspiring natural beauty that surrounds us in this valley. An avid hiker and backpacker, he recommends Mushroom Rock, Grizzly Creek, and the Glenwood Canyon for your next adventure into Nature.
Nestled in the heart of the Roaring Fork Valley, Jon and Carly are a husband-and-wife team who are passionate about sharing the place they call home. Both working in healthcare, they have built their lives around caring for others—something that extends naturally into the way they host.
Beyond their professions, they are true explorers at heart. Whether hiking, skiing, or simply enjoying the beauty of the mountains, they embrace everything this valley has to offer. Now raising their two young boys, Brooks (3) and Hayes (5 months), they are creating a life rooted in adventure, nature, and community.
Their love for this area is evident in the care they put into their short-term rentals. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to make guests feel at home, whether they’re here for a peaceful retreat or an action-packed getaway.
